The Inspiration Display
It’s eye-catching both inside and out
Random Stone cladding, timber highlights and green-glazed windows create an eye-catching combination when contrasted with the light tendered walls of Broadway Homes’ new Inspiration display at Honeywood Estate in Wandi. The four-bedroom, Two-bathroom, two storey home has a commanding street presence and enduring architectural style on the outside, coupled with a versatile, family-friendly interior with potential to cater for a broad range of buyers. Broadway Homes’ sales and marketing manager Peter Gobetti said the home was suited to families of all ages, and its target was reflected in the price. Mr Gobetti said it was a large, versatile home designed to suit a smaller block, and could be built on sites with a minimum width of 14.8m and minimum area of 515sqm.
The display version is on a 576sqm block, “This design is based off another Broadway Homes display, the Paramount, with the added feature of a master suite on the upper level,” Mr Gobetti said. “The natural stone used in the elevation is carried through into the entry hall, for added interest.” In the entry, the staircase immediately ahead has a fixed glass panel on its balustrade, opposite a door from the double garage. Right of the entry, the sunken home theatre has a raised and recessed ceiling, plus an elevated seating platform, to ensure clear views of the big screen from every seat.
Beyond the staircase, there’s a door on the right into the study, and an opening ahead into the main living zone, where the family room, dining area and central kitchen share a space linked by a pair of glazed sliding doors to the rear alfresco area. The Kitchen has a long island bench with breakfast bar and cooking appliances including a double oven in a parallel row of cabinets, and a deep walk-in pantry at one end. At the other end, an optional computer nook is ideal for charging electronic devices or surfing the internet. “The home comes standard with European kitchen appliances from AEG, including a twin oven, 900mm stainless-steel hotplate, and integrated range hood,” he said.
A nearby doorway leads to the minor bedroom wing, where three good-sized bedrooms and a multi-purpose activity room are ranged around a passage with the bathroom, laundry and a neat powder room. A second doorway at the opposite end of the wing connects to the entry. Upstairs, the main suite is a private haven, with a big sleeping area brightened by a horizontal window that provides light without diminishing furnishing potential. There’s also a deep walk-in robe and dressing room, and an elegant ensuite with a double vanity in front of the shower-recess and separate toilet. A version of this home called the Inspiration Classic can be built from $304,450.
