We surprised even ourselves with how much was possible in this leafy suburban enclave. The home includes a huge kitchen and dining area, as well as a spacious alfresco – creating the perfect environment for get-togethers with family and friends.
Destined to be an award-winner, the concept was to create welcoming large spaces that included private nooks, as well as to leverage the best of the outdoors, for example, choosing feature windows on the second storey, and the inclusion of a north-facing courtyard).
To suit WA's warm climate and support the active lifestyle the owners enjoy, we put special focus on the gym, hydro pool and outdoor pool. A family-sized theatre room and office make the home ideally suited to modern living. There was no stone left unturned in the quality of specification used in this home.
To complete the style of the home, we selected a few natural features, such as marble, stone and wood flooring throughout the property; the lighter colour adding to the spacious feel of communal rooms. The marble-inspired surfaces repeat in the kitchen counter and bathrooms to complement the more geometric elements of the design.
